People would celebrate Lantern Festival at night. In carnival night, there is many beautiful flower lamp（花燈）. And there would be some riddles quiz（猜燈謎）in traditional. The question would be written on flower lamps. If you guest the answer, the flower lamp would be the prize. As it is a Valentina's Day, boys would try their best to get the flower lamps to girls. This behavior is not only their love, it also shows how smart they are.
Nowadays, we still keep carnival night in Hong Kong. Entertainment Office Leisure and Cultural Services Department launches Lunar New Year Lantern Carnivals 2015 in this year. There are many different events at tonight, such as, lantern-riddle quiz and Chinese Knot-making（吉祥繩結） workshop.
The topic of Lunar New Year Lantern Display in this year is "Double Happiness". Cartoon sheep, which represents 2015 - Year of sheep, would be the main character of flower lamps. And it would display as many different Asia Wedding scenes.

In carnival night, we can join these outdoor activities with our friends, lover and family. When we go back, we still have one more thing to do. After playing, there is a "special" dessert waiting us. It is dumpling. We would eat dumpling with sweet soup in lantern festival night. Why do we eat this dessert for this night? It is because this dessert name in Chinese is "湯圓" which means live together. So, we would eat 湯圓 for end up this festival. And, wish you full of love in this year.
